I'm with you guys on this. Dockery was a very solid guard and we should have kept him after 2006. If we can get him back, that would help the o-line tremendously. He's young, strong, and big. I'm not sure how good a pass protector he is, but he can sure make holes for the running game.

The Redskins reached agreement with former Bills guard Derrick Dockery on a five-year, $26 million deal that includes $8.2 in guaranteed money. Combined with the $18.5 million in guaranteed money Dockery made from his two years with the Bills, he will have made nearly $27 million guaranteed in three years."

Dockery was on the John Thompson Show today and said that he was very happy to be back with the Redskins. He also said that that Redskins were making all of the right moves to get back to the playoffs.
