Just saw a QB on the FA list that would fit good in our system IMO.  And his name is Jeff Garcia who most of his career has been in same type of offense that we run, I like Collins but he really excelled last year cause he was in that system all of his career!!!  Do you really feel comfortable if Campbell goes down that he would do the same as last year.   I think Garcia would fit in perfectly with our team and the type of system that we run!!!!  And he is a winner!!!

Id like to see Colt Brennan as a back up to campbell, I hear good things about Colt and feel he would benefit from being back up rather than #3 QB

I think Garcia has had his day.

I am with you UK. I would love to see Colt move to #2.

Picking up an experienced west coast offense QB would not be a bad idea but I don't see Garcia doing it.

I'm also with UK. I think Collins needs to go and we need to develop Colt. We should be making use of our picks and not letting them go to waste as practice squad players and projects. We sure didn't do that with Jordan Palmer when we drafted him.

I think Colt has been on a learning curve and hes not yet the finnished article, far from it, but he needs to progress and develop more and at #2 he will be in an Ideal situation to gain the "Savy" to become , hopefully,  a Starting QB.

We see one of Colt Brennan's former Coaches from Hawaii, Jeff Reinebold, as a Studio Guest regular on our TV Coverage of the NFL and he says that Colt WILL be  a starting QB one day.

Colt Brennan for #2
