Sometimes, I wish Portis would just shut his mouth. While receiver remains a need on this team, I'm not ready to sacrifice even more draft picks and/or salary cap space to do this. We've been doing this ever since Danny got here and looks what it's gotten us. Two playoff wins! Once again, we need to focus on the offensive and defensive lines. Oh, that's right. Wide receivers sell more shirts and put more fannies in seats. Silly me!

Well I guess we know where CP stands, don't we?! Charlie spent the whole game drooling over Julius Peppers--he's the guy we need to get according to him. How would you feel about Peppers becoming a Redskin?

Id gladly sacrifice doing nothing Stupid this season knowing we will be in better shape next season for it. I really dont mind missing out on a big name player and filling the gaps with a solid workman like player or two whats not going to brake the bank.
What about taking Mark Tauscher a sound RT from the Green Bay Packers? Hes a UFA and wont break the bank? he would give much needed help to our O line from day one. We would then be able to draft a good pass rusher at 13th pick in the Draft?
We need all our Draft picks and as much room as possible under the Cap for next year. We just need to get through this year without Stupid mistakes that will hurt the team long term, imo.......
Its time the FO made sound Football decisions not rash knee jerk reactions that look good short term but ultimately hurt the Franchise.
I know some Skins fans dont want to hear that, but we arent going to be Super Bowl bound and the rebuilding work starts NOW for next season with our long term future in mind.
