Mike Bass is still with us. I will let him explain further if he should choose to do so.  Drew left for reasons in her personal life.

Anyone got an answer for someone who hasn't been around much?

Don't know about Drewski, Tryfuhl but as far as Mike Bass goes, "soap opera" is the most perfect word to come up with regarding the goings on online sometimes. Very strange happenings for this to be a sports site where people come to post and support their team. "Seperation" seems to be the main problem , forum vs. front page (which is absolutely ridiculous), grouping, alienating, scandals, positioning (whew positioning Shocked big one here!!!), etc. etc. As much as we were one big group at the beginning, we are trying to seperate here to late.

A lot of it is kinda/sorta understandable because if you have had the priviledge to meet and greet, of course you will probably become more attached to certain people but IMO, that should not have carried over to the site which is a part of a much larger group. The focus should continue to be  on everyone and everything here. It only takes common sense to know that if you hurt any part of the site, it is hurting the site in a whole just as member focus, or non-focus if you will, hurts participation. Keeping as many people involved as possible would seem to be the focus if you ask me, no matter what part of the season we are in.

The guy on the warpath also made me think a little, why would he say that?... what had been his experience here?...I did not just blow that off....it really makes you think...Hopefully there wasn't a real reason for it but I've lived and learned never to just blow stuff like that off because that stuff does happen, believe me. Not knowing his experience has made  me a little more cautious AND observative and I have observed a lot that I leave unspoken. The devil is never going to reveil his horns, he can come with widest of smiles but with the worst intentions so I am not going to say that the guy did not experience something somewhere and if so, it was horrible and should not have been defended...THAT REALLY got on my nerves, no one knows everyone here or what they do. I was more sympathetic to the guy.

But all and all, seperating the good and the bad and in comparisons to other discussion boards, I do not think that I could find a  more civil group than CT, Stwasm, Hitman, Alex, HW, Y41, T-Y and the likes (there's only a few who post on the forum but the discussions are good and are getting better). Therefore, since discussing football, the Redskins in general is what I like to do and having been here long enough to know the line of fire and how to stay out of it, I do not see why I should go try to figure out another board.... All seem to have, basically the same problems.

I hoped that this answered your question homes....thanks for asking
