Mine...

1. Don't be over confident...We have a supposed weak opponent this week but I hope that we go into this game like we are playing against the Superbowl champs

2. Balanced attack ..The Rams have a very bad rushing D and an even worse pass D so we should be able to mix things up really well Sunday

3. Stop Steven Jackson...He is not having a great year and we have the #4 rushing D, so we should be able to hold him down but we must get it done

4. I hate to say it and hope that I do not jinx our guys but against the Rams this year, with the way that we are playing, there is not a whole lot of keys unless  we go into the game looking past these guys and do not execute well...I'll just give an prediction on this one....

Redskins 35 Rams14

I mostly have the same keys to victory for Week 6. I don't think our players and coaches are approaching this game as a easy win. I really think they are focused.
They know they need to improve in the endzone and on special teams, punting mostly, and some of the defensive miscues should improve also, I really believe they will show improvement in this game as well.

I say let Shawn Springs and Jason Taylor rest if possible and don't play them to much.

I agree about letting Springs and Taylor get healthy, this is definitely not a bye week but I, would even if they are somewhat healthy, suit them up so they can be ready if needed but I would not play them unless necessary

They can not approach this week has an easy win.  But at the same time this is a game they should win and not let them stick around and think they have a chance.  Lets pound the ball early and open up some passing game attack.  These are the games that good playoff teams do not let the opposing team think they have a shot of beating them.  Redskins 38  Rams 10

I totally agree T-Y, as "Hitman" stated on my page, believe it or not,  this is a signature game and the way that we beat the weaker teams will define our power in the league as much or even more than our games against the Cowboys or the Eagles because we know that we were up for those games. We have to stay up for teams like this and beat them like a top echelon team is supposed to beat them.

Do NOT be OVERCONFIDENT, Do NOT be OVERCONFIDENT, Do NOT be OVERCONFIDENT.  If this happens, this could be the worse let down in recent history.  I'm hoping that it's not the case.  Granted, we've been playing lights out recently, but the concern is the players will lighten up.  Springs and Taylor need to rest most definitely but agree with suiting them up for a "just in case" scenario.   This will give our pass rush ample opportunity to show themselves and I wouldn't be surprised if we get 2-3 sacks this game.   They're obviously going to cue on Santana and Clinton, so Cooley and ARE should be freed up more.  Also, I wouldn't be surprised if Yoder/Thrash get into the mix this game.  All I can say is Damn it feels good to be a Skins fan.  My prediction:

SKINS 35
rams   10

CS...I would also add that if we get a comfortable lead, that it would be a perfect opportunity to get Thomas and Kelly some touches.

Just pass around the keys MB..we all the same ones this week.  We should, notice I said should, beat these guys.  I'm trying not to be over confident..but I feel a little confident...I should know better after all of these years...confidence brings failure usually Shocked.  So I'm trying to wrangle my confidence back in.  I haven't paid much attention to the Rams to be honest...but if they're as bad as their record suggest..then we'll have a field day.  But..I'm not overconfident or anything Lips sealed  Let's light i it up!

Yes LDS you better give us your input Senorita. You are one of the most knowledgable ladies who know their football/So start sharing your thoughts...lol.

The key to victory is stop Steven Jackson. Our offense has showed it can handle itself. The D needs to worry bout Action Jackson. We know the Rams don't know who there own QB is.One week is Green and then Bulger.

They're pretty bad Ldy, the coach has been fired the QB changes weekly and their D has been aweful...they are in disarray

I agree with so much said here, but my keys would be.

  • Be professional and do not assume the win
  • Establish the run, that will demoralise an allready poor defense
  • Take our chances and convert in the Red Zone
  • Pressure the QB
