The Cardinals has a quick hitting offense with guys like Boldin and Fitzgerald so I will put as the #1 key to victory as Laron "Mr. Skinslove" Landry playing his "centerfield" position flawlessly and not letting either of those two guys get behind him for long TD's where we may have to play catch up again this week.
2. I'd say that we need another strong performance from Jason "the sack man" Taylor. Not only did he get that sack but he caused a lot of disruptions in the passing game that does not show up in stats.
3a. Another solid o-line performance... Chris "I'll hit you in the knee" Samuels looked like his old self again Sunday and the rest of the line played solidly as well.
3b. Offensive balance, giving equal value to Chris "XXX (look at my package)" Cooley, Clinton " B-Mitches best friend" Portis and Santana "the playmaker" Moss.
4. Better special teams play!!!...We may have to replace Antwaan "which way do I go?" Randle-El but I expect better play from the rest of guys. As S12 stated in another thread, hopefully this was just a "bad day at the office" for them.
5. Another strong performance by Jason "why's everybody always picking on me?" Campbell. I think that he has gained the confidence that he needs to step up his game for the rest of the season.
Those are my keys fellow RH'ers...now let me see yours!

I would agree with all of what you said MB. The only thing that I would disagree would be the coverage. I would disagree about the coverage, i would step up to the line and disrupt their routes because "old man" Kurt Warner is a 3 step passer because he cannot move from the pocket very well at all. When he stands in the pocket it is over for him. With that being said you do not want to give him time casue he will pick us apart. So the goal for us is to jam the receiver, do not let them get a clean release and not get him in a rhythm. We need to get him to shuffle his feet to look for the open reciever. when he shuffles his feet he makes bad decisions.
If we can get to him early it will be a long day for him and we will have a good day at the office!!!!

I really do not think that we will jam the line with Landry T-Y, maybe a LB and at times Douthy. Warner has been sacked 3 times this year once by a DE and twice by a OLB which indicates to me that they may be week on the outside of their O-line. I don't think that we could afford to release Landry and be beaten by long passes.

Very good points Mike "WOOOERRR!!, WOOOOERRR!!, WOOOERRR" Bass. I would concetrate on their passing because James isn't the power runner he was once.I know it is easier said than done but I would put the blitz on Warner.Yes Warnewr has been sacked only 3 times but the 49ers and Dolphins defense isn't the best my friend. We actually have some good Defensive Ends that can get to the quarterback.I see us getting to Warner with 5 sacks. Our defensive backs are gonna have to bring their A game because Boldin and Fitzgerald are 2 of the best WR'S out there. We are gonna have to hit them 2 hard right off the line. Our special teams are going to have to close the holes alot better than they did on Sunday and let AR EL stick to WR.He isn't as explosive as he was a couple years ago.Do as I say and we will come out with the Victory! Remember it is only my opinion...PEACE OUT!!

I agree with Blitzing Warner but not with EVERYONE....our free safety is going to have to protect against the deep pass in case the blitz does not get there. We can not use a LB in coverage against Fitzgerald nor Boldin or it will be a long day for us...Rogers, Springs and Smoot played pretty well Sunday but they are going to need help back there this week.

I think it will come down to two areas.
1. How well we cover their receivers, I agree Mike Landry is the key here he has to be on top of his game. and we must get pressure up front so Warner does not have time to go deep.
2. Special teams, must improve on last week, in week one i thought they did ok but last week they were not so hot. we must win the kicking game and defend a long field. Brooks has to deliver

Oh I can get with that ....that may give us time to get to the old man but the only thing is that their recievers are big and they may actually be able to be the aggressors at the point of contact. If our corners get thrown around in that 5 yard zone we better have some deep help along with Landry to help out in case they break free.

Was Rodgers not known for being an agressive Corner in College? But Mike I agree both Boldin and Fitzgerald are big and could very easily out "bump" our corners. Landry is the key he needs to use his speed and hit properly when called upon to do so.

You're right Drum, Carlos was known for being aggressive in college maybe he can try to out physical one while we double up on the other...It should be a tough task to try to handle those two guys but I think that we are up to it.

LOL...'bout like the Dolphins did Sunday Drum?. I understand what we are saying but I still say that we should play it safe by getting our guys help this Sunday so that we will not be mad at them come Monday. Their running game is not that potent so I would make sure that we don't get beat by the guys that we know that can kill us.

Lots of good keys here...I agree Its really gonna come down to Skins DBs vs Cards WRs...If the DBs play aggressive it should give the line a bit more time to get pressure.

Wow... Alot of great points here. Fitzgerald and Boldin are beast in their positions. they catch anything and everything, sure wish we had one of them. The key is def our Secondarys, especially Landry. Wish we could see what Horton could to back their as well, I think he could catch a few more interceptions.
But please let's not forget the RB.... You just never know. Last years game was close....

Couldn't have said the keys any better myself, brother. This game is NOT one our team should overlook. I hope we can fulfill all those keys mentioned, AND go on the road with some momentum after a WIN!!!! Did the o-line have any penalties against the Saints? They did a FINE job Sunday.
