Why we love the Redskins

Yeah I love the Chris Paul Raps.  Check out the Wale playoff rap, he is an up and coming D.C. MC who remixed one of his tracks last year to theme it abou the Skins....good stuff.

The reason I love the Redskins?

It is in my BLOOD.

It’s a family tradition.

I was born in DC.

I am a 3rd generation Redskins fan.

My grandmother and grandfather became Redskins fans back in 1937 when the Skins first moved to DC.

My mother became a Redskins fan from her parents (see above sentence) and she passed that on to me.

Some of my fondest memories as a kid growing up was when my grandmother, my mom and other family members would gather around the TV set on Sundays at my parents house to watch the games together.

Been a hardcore fan for over 40 years and I will die a hardcore fan.
