Looks like the Raiders are going to sign D. Hall within the next week...

Details are still being finalized, but Falcons cornerback DeAngelo Hall could be traded to the Raiders within the next week.

Before any trade becomes official, two deals will have to be worked out. The first will have to be the Raiders compensating Hall's current team, the Falcons. The next will come from the Raiders having to compensate Hall, who wants a new deal. But those talks are well underway.

With this my choice at 21 would either be Aqib Talib or Dominique Rogers Cromartie.

That's fine, they can have him.  Let them give up all their draft picks for him, and watch him pout and commit 45-yard penalties when things aren't going well.

That is a real good deal for the Raiders. Hall could have been traded for a 1st IMO. I dont think we really needed him anyway with Springs sticking around.

I agree, I guess the thinking here is that with the Raiders second being pretty high in the round that it is worth getting for Hall. I do not think that we could have gotten him with our second.

Springs' position is secured for now but I think that we will only have him for one more season so we should be proactive in that situation and get a corner through the draft for when he is no longer a Redskin instead of panicking after the fact.
