One of five suspects charged in the slaying of Washington Redskins safety Sean Taylor has pleaded guilty to charges of second-degree murder and burglary.

Defense attorney Michael Hornung said Thursday that according to the plea agreement, Venjah Hunte will serve 29 years in prison and cooperate with prosecutors.

Hunte pleaded guilty on Friday but prosecutors requested the plea agreement be sealed because investigators were pursuing the fifth suspect, Hornung said.

That suspect, 16-year-old Timothy Brown, was charged Wednesday with first-degree murder and armed burglary of an occupied dwelling.

Taylor died of massive blood loss after he was shot at his Miami-area home during a botched robbery in November.

Someone has to cooperate and testifying against the other thugs. Makes sense it would be the driver. He may only be getting 29 years, but hopefully the others will get LIFE without parole.

Oh and BTW is it supposed to mean something to us that ''He decided he was going to accept responsibility and we worked out an agreement with the state,'' said his attorney, Michael Hornung.

Give me a break! He is looking out for himself here. That’s all it is. He did not want to face life sentence so he is cooperating.

I hope he does not mind that his new boyfriends will be accepting responsibility for him in prison.

Those thugs are going to deal with God's judgment somewhere along the line.  At that point, they'll REALLY know what suffering is all about.

I'm not satisfied, I never will be!  Sean is gone, taken from his family, taken from his friends, taken from teammates, taken from his fans, taken from this world.  Nothing will fill the void that his  murder has created.  The law of man has begun to speak, the law of God has already spoken.  Man has sentenced life in a prison cell, God has sentenced eternity in a lake of fire.
