maybe he made too much noice about  Leftwich being released...just guessing now...I would think that some of the scouts get attached to some of the player that they go after.

Actually this reads like Harris and Charles did not agree with some of the things Del Rio did while Smith did...

Smith's promotion probably means that coach Jack Del Rio will have a louder voice in team personnel decisions because he and Smith are often on the same page and Harris will no longer have an ally in Bailey.

LOL...not at all Pook...Charles is a great guy and although we do not see him often, we know that it could not be too much of his fault for whatever happened in Fla.

Well seeing how it's logical that the Floridians would be highly suspect here...I just gotta say I've been at the opposite end of the state so noooooooooo, twas not me.

I think that it was your beauty that Charles and Del Rio was fighting over and Charles became the victim and had to be replaced

That is the only solution that I can  come to.
