I personally want us to get better thru the draft but my opinion if they are going to pick a WR in the first round, why not just trade for Chad Johnson.  Because if you are going to pick a WR in the first round and he does not pan out and you get CJ and give your pick away to Cincy, it is a wash and practially get him for nothing.  But I would draft a DL and OL in first and second picks and pick up some tall and physical receiver thru free agency.  Cut Brandon LLoyd for sure and get rid of Brunell,Collins,Griffin he is always hurt.  We have talent but for some reason we are not using the way we should and maybe changing everything on offense is smart because ever since Sanders has been here we have sucked on offense.  More Portis and Moss and Cooley

I really dont' think a trade is going to happen, regardless of what Chad wants - unless he really, really becomes a disruption.  Cincy will take an $8 million cap hit if they trade him, by all accounts I have heard.  This is one of the reasons they said they won't trade him at all.

Looks like you are right CT but I do not think that we will stop at CJ, maybe Larry Fitzgerald or Roy Williams. I think that we do get a top flight receiver before camp starts.

What I am really interested in is seeing how Mix is going to do.  I have a lot of Giant's fans as friends (no choice, it's a location thing heh) and many of them are upset that we took Mix from their PS.  He performed well on special teams, but never got the chance to provide anything at wideout.  Could he be the answer?  Otherwise I would LOVE to get Kelly from OK - but I do agree - I think we need to go DL in the first round.

Chad Johnson is a disruptive clown who cares more about his touchdown celebrations that he does about team.  I'd rather take our chances with the young pups in came (Espy, Mix) and whomever we can pick up in the draft in one of the first three rounds.  I don't want that headcase on my team.
